All humans struggle at times-recognizing when you need support is a powerful act of courage. I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood, and I strive to create a therapeutic space rooted in authenticity, compassion, and emotional safety. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based. Together, we will create a personalized treatment plan that honors your cultural individuality while supporting your growth. I will challenge you in ways that invite reflection and resilience, knowing that meaningful change often begins with curiosity and a willingness to step into discomfort. I utilize a humanistic approach and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) framework to support both insight and practical change. I specialize in working with adults with anxiety, depression, co-occurring disorders, adjustment disorders, grief/loss, stress-related issues, women’s issues, and general counseling.
You don’t have to go through it alone. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, but it’s also a meaningful investment in yourself. If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honored to support you.
