“Navigating life as someone that may be underrepresented and under supported in a society that often marginalizes minority identities can be complex and exhausting. You may be coping with racial trauma, micro-aggressions, family rejection, internalized oppression, or past experiences of discrimination. You might be struggling to find safe and affirming spaces, manage stress from work or personal life, or build meaningful connections in dating and friendships. Perhaps you’re processing your identity journey or facing bias and lack of representation in professional settings.
If you’re ready to begin therapy or would like a consultation, reach out today to start your healing journey in a safe, affirming space.”
