Often there may be times in our lives when we need more guidance and support to help navigate the hurdles in front of us. Sometimes, we need a little help coming to terms with our past. I enjoy helping people to overcome their past and present struggles to become their best version of their-self and live a life that they love. My approach is supportive and non-judgmental. I may challenge you at times with the objective to help you reach your goals and continue to grow. My clinical specialities include depression, anxiety, family and relationship issues, personality and mood disorders, and self esteem issues. I utilize CBT, motivational interviewing, DBT techniques and person in environment theories. I have a background of working primarily working with adults 18+ with varying diagnoses in both outpatient and inpatient settings. I specialize in adults struggling with depression, anxiety and relationship issues. I also work with with older teens navigating self esteem and bullying issues.
